Revenge is a kind of wild justices

This deeply meant statement expresses the fact that taking revenge upon some one who does some builder to us is a wild method of justice, as it does not make the enemy relize his blunder. Normally, revenge does not bring the desired result. This line is found in Francis Bacon’s essay entitled,’ Of Revenge’. Bacon’s statement is known for brevity of expression and for the worldly wisdom. Bacon says that revenge should be, weeded out of by law as the revenge of that wrong putteth the law out of office. When an enemy comes to know the revenge upon him hostility will only increase. Such hostilities in due course lead to bad consequences. But on some other occasion, Bacon says that by taking revenge a man is even with his enemy but in passing it over he is superior. Anyhow, Bacon, in his essay stress that taking revenge is a wild method of justice.
